Well, I finally got the new video equipment with great attachments to it and some modifications for accessories and placement of those accessories. It does very well on quality and sound using the Rode Shotgun Mic. The wireless microphone needed a little fine tuning but now it’s great. I am looking forward to going out and video some stuff and do some interviews perhaps.

The hard economic times is hitting everywhere including photographers. It’s getting ruff out there in trying to find work, even as a freelance photographer. Seems, that people are holding on to their money and that’s probably the worst thing right now. Unemployment hitting all time highs in our country and most are at the worst time ever, Christmas. I’m not immune to the economy either because it’s getting difficult to get work. I guess it is what it is. I have been working on some videos to help some people find their photos on my website and they will be posted.
I am going to try to get some more work so I can pay the bills and if I don’t have time to get back on my blog, everyone have a great Christmas!

Portrait session at Pagoda Gardens in Norfolk, Virginia. Pagoda Gardens is a an ancient Chinese setting with a tea house, a beautiful garden, a pond, several water fountains shooting up from the pond, and a small waterfall. This is a great place to photograph portraits and to have a wedding.
